Penstubal: Will Rename Arbourdon for PM if All Pledges Fulfilled

Penstubal, the acting Mayor of Arbourdon, has pledged to rename Arbourdon for Prime Minister toetotoe if he fulfills all of his promises made at a press conference late night on Monday, the details of which can be found here.

Penstubal does not have the sole authority to rename the city of Arbourdon and would require the approval of Parliament to do so.
