The Parliament session scheduled for 14 January, where the impeachment of President JeskiaWeathers was potentially going to be discussed, was canceled amid a lack of attendance.

The session was to involved a vote on electing Vincent_Wolff (SDP) as Speaker of the Parliament, with the SDP Secretary Penstubal calling on all SDP Members of Parliament to reject Vincent_Wolff's speakership bid amid her backing of impeachment efforts against President Jeskia, spearheaded by MikeBodwin (CUP).

While proponents and opponents of impeachment didn't have the opportunity to brawl during the session, arguments over impeachment between Penstubal, MikeBodwin and SuperMiron persisted for hours on Discord.

Penstubal argued that Jeskia's actions, while a "mistake", were not impeachable owing to the "precedent" of MikeBodwin committing the same actions as her. MikeBodwin defended himself by saying his actions were justified and purely defensive (saying that the actions in the Hylix Civil War being on the request of Vincent_Wolff), while SuperMiron argued that "two wrongs don't make a right".

Penstubal said he agrees on considering it improper in the future for a President to commit the actions she did. However, MikeBodwin refuses to back down from his impeachment motion while SuperMiron expressed his strong disagreement with Penstubal's opinions on Jeskia's impeachment.
