MikeBodwin's Summer Ball Held; Attendance High, But No New Citizens

President MikeBodwin's "1st Annual Summer Ball" has successfully been held. Attendance was high, with as many as 19 people being in the room at one point. MikeBodwin, Penstubal and toetotoe all made short addresses to the crowd gathered in the Presidential Palace ballroom.
Penstubal claimed to be rubbing his penis against the microphone during the event and even danced with what might have been his "junk" hanging out. Penstubal also remarked that he could "put his penis on the guillotine and still have one whole foot of penis left". Most notably, however, he claimed to have climaxed on toetotoe's derrière.
Demarcia has not managed to get a single new citizen as a result of the event as of tonight.
