'Karengate' Rocks Demarcia as President, PM Accused of Sexist Behaviour

Demarcia has been rocked by a political scandal as President Brandin and Prime Minister Penstubal are accused by Jeskia of sexism over an article in the Daily Window disparaging her as a "trot Karen" and "disgraced politician".

Jeskia has angrily reacted to the article by departing from the Social Democratic Party, calling it an "all-boys club" and labeling the President and Prime Minister as "sexists".

This scandal comes just four days after Jeskia's announcement of a presidential bid and therefore challenge against Brandin's leadership of the political party. Now it appears that Jeskia will not be challenging his party leadership and will instead be seeking an avenue outside the SDP for bringing down Brandin's presidency.

The fallout from this scandal is expected to be huge as a rift is exposed within the main ruling party. It is unclear how President Brandin and Prime Minister Penstubal will survive potentially alienating women voters.
