Jeskia, Penstubal Resign as Dodoville, Arbourdon Mayors

Jeskia and Penstubal have resigned as the mayors of Dodoville and Arbourdon, respectively.

Jeskia's resignation comes merely three days after she announced she would be ceding her mayoral duties to her deputy Brandin; following backlash from SuperMiron, who proposed a motion to dismiss her as mayor, she decided to fully leave office anyway, triggering a special mayoral election in which Brandin is expected to run.

Meanwhile, Penstubal resigned as mayor a day after Jeskia had. In a statement to the Demarcian Inquirer, he elaborated that he feels he has been mayor for long enough, and he supports electing Vincent_Wolff as his successor to the job.

Both special elections are planned to take place on the same day, 19 November.
