Jeskia, MikeBodwin Launch Presidential Bids, Spelling Trouble for Brandin

Jeskia and MikeBodwin has officially launched their independent and Green presidential campaigns, respectively. Jeskia has managed to secure the two endorsements required for an independent presidential campaign, and MikeBodwin meanwhile has launched his campaign after being egged on to do so by members of the Social Democratic Party dissatisfied with Brandin's presidency.

The President has not been present to comment on these developments, nor is it known whether the presidential campaigns by Jeskia and MikeBodwin put a potential re-election campaign in jeopardy. Furthermore, the President has not expressed whether he ever wanted another term in the first place.

"Brandin has ruffled too many feathers at this point," says an anonymous source from within the SDP, "I do not have full confidence that he can win the next election. I just hope that the party does not suffer because of him, and that we can replace him after the election."

This is not the first time that members of the SDP have been plotting against Brandin from behind his back, and even out in the open. Penstubal has famously proposed to impeach the President just a few weeks ago, only to drop his proposal after a daring speech by the President accepting responsibility for his inactivity and dismal performance.

However, after last week's Parliament meeting, at which the President was described to have "gone bonkers", some are once again searching for a replacement to the President - possibly in Jeskia or MikeBodwin, two politicians considered by many to be stable compared to Brandin.
