Awaiting Major Announcement from Brandin as Jeskia Cedes Mayoral Duties

Dodoville Mayor Jeskia has officially announced she would be yielding all her mayoral duties to Deputy Mayor Brandin in what she called a "de facto resignation" and "part of a wider deal within the SDP". Brandin followed Jeskia's announcement by stating he would be addressing the party soon.

Both statements come after two long days of tensions rocked the Social Democratic Party. Details of internal discussions have not been revealed to the Demarcian Inquirer; however, it appears that we will soon find out exactly what has been going on in the party. It has been indicated that the news we have heard so far is not all there is and that far more important information awaits us.
